Custom signs will incur an additional charge as we work together to create a custom design. This charge starts at £35.

Absolutely. All of our products are pre-designed, you just add your names and dates & all you need to do is choose where to display them! You can shop all our collections here!

While we can't combine orders together, you can place another order for any additional signs you may have decided at a later time you'd love to have. Keep in mind our current turnaround time at the top of our site when placing orders.

Once you have placed the order, the order cannot be changed. Please check over your order before placing it to ensure all details are correct

...yesterday! If you know what signs you'd love to have, but not sure what design to go for, it's still best to book in as soon as possible.

I would advise at least 2 months notice for your event, if you are wanting to book in with less than that, still get in touch and I can let you know my availability.

Getting a quote does not secure your date, I require full payment prior to creating the signs. If you come back at a later date wanting to book in, I may not have the capacity to create your signs.

Design choices don't have to be made right away, they can be done later.

Your signs will be posted to your address.

I don't arrange & decorate signs on the day, that lovely decision is left to you!

Or, I work closely with Wedding Essentials NI. They are a leading decor company in Northern Ireland. If you are booked in with them to decorate your event, I can pass your signs onto them and they can set it up on the day for you! Of course I can send you through some photos of your signs before I hand them over.

All orders over £150 get free shipping! Orders under £150 will have a small £5 fee.

All orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. If the address is incorrect and your order is still in processing, email us right away at hello@syianadesigns.co.uk to see if we can adjust it. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for all related fees for the return and re-shipping of the item.

Due to the nature of these handmade and personalised products, we do not accept cancellations or returns. Please double check our processing times & make sure your order details are correct before purchasing.

We're so sorry to hear that! We take careful consideration when packing our orders, but this can occasionally happen during transit. Please contact us so that we can resolve the issue. Include a photo and description of the damage. Keep the original packaging!

If you received an incorrect item or an item with incorrect personalisation details, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right! Customer satisfaction is our biggest priority. If there is an issue, we want to make sure it is resolved and you are happy with your purchase!

All signs are packaged in a protective wrap to maintain their quality. We recommend keeping them wrapped until the morning of your event to avoid staining or wrinkles.

Linen

The morning of the event, use a hand steamer to remove the wrinkles in your linen sign. Steaming is the recommended & safest option to preserve the integrity of the design.

If you decide to iron your sign, avoid ironing directly on top of the lettering. Instead, flip the design face down and use the lowest heat setting with very little steam.

Do not machine wash or bleach your sign, instead hand wash & hang dry or spot clean if necessary. Linen is fragile. Please keep this in mind when caring for your new sign.

Acrylic

For cleaning, apply glass cleaner onto a microfiber towel and gently wipe the surface. Avoid using alcohol to clean as it can damage the lettering & acrylic.
