Every sign is hand crafted with extreme attention to detail and care. Elevate your wedding decor with this elegant linen seating chart! It smoothly directs your guests to their seats, and makes a memorable entrance as newlyweds.

  • Place your order in advance and provide your RSVP list closer to your wedding date!
  • Please note: Colours may vary slightly due to screen differences.
  • Display stand not included 

All text is printed on high-quality white linen fabric. The edges of the linen are hand-frayed, and a sewn pocket at the top allows for easy hanging. Alternatively, you can use the two small holes at the top to hang it with ribbon. See the attached photos for both display options. For more details on customisation options and care instructions for your new sign, see below.

Haven't finalised your guest list yet? Don’t worry! Place your order & we will hold it until you email it over to us (hello@syianadesigns.co.uk). We recommend placing the order as soon as you can and providing the guest list up until one month before. 

Select ‘Not sure yet’ for your guest amount, and if your final guest amount is more than 80 we will invoice the remaining balance. The sign will not be put into production until this balance is paid.

Care Instructions

How to store

All linen signs are folded and packaged in a protective wrap to maintain their quality. We recommend keeping them wrapped until the morning of your event to avoid staining or wrinkles.

How to care

The morning of the event, use a hand steamer to remove the wrinkles in your linen sign. Steaming is the recommended & safest option to preserve the integrity of the design.


If you decide to iron your sign, avoid ironing directly on top of the lettering. Instead, flip the design face down and use the lowest heat setting with very little steam.


Do not machine wash or bleach your sign, instead hand wash & hang dry or spot clean if necessary. Linen is fragile. Please keep this in mind when caring for your new sign.

Our processing time is currently 4 weeks. When your order is complete you will receive an email with your tracking number. Once your order has been marked shipped it's in the delivery company's hands! Because of this we can not guarantee the exact date your order will arrive to you, but note that we are doing our best! Please keep the estimated time in mind when purchasing!

Return + Cancellation Policy
